We are excited to welcome Linda Moredock, Licensed Sports Nutritionist, to our option choices below. There will be four winners. Male & female w/highest % of body weight loss, male & female w/highest % of body fat loss.
Three challenges with prize winnings, including $, await the contestants during the nine weeks (more detail to follow). Contestants receive weekly educational emails to keep them motivated.

Includes entrance fee, two educational classes, fitness classes, one ½-hour weekly Personal Training* & Nutritional program.

*Training sessions do not roll over to next week. Use it or lose it

Hour Training Option: Upgrade your ½hr sessions to 1hr-$110.00
Nutrition Add-On Option:
Let our Licensed Sports Nutritionist Linda Moredock, develop a customized food plan just for you with two follow-up face to face sessions and weekly email contact . Add this to Option 1 for $120 or choose Option 3 and it’s already included. See Program Guide (pg 13) for more info.

Members must be in good standing with MHAC and all participants must be at least 13 years of age and be in reasonably sound health.
